Terms and Conditions for Airport Premium Service

Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK) and

Don Mueang International Airport (DMK)

General Conditions

Service fees are quoted in Thai Baht (THB) and include 7% Value Added Tax (VAT).
Service fees listed are subject to change without prior notice; however, such changes will not affect confirmed bookings that have already been made.
Additional charges apply when passengers request services beyond the stated conditions:
Additional baggage handling staff: THB 500 per person

Additional charge for baggage exceeding 25 kg per piece: THB 500 per piece

Additional service fee for pets onboard: THB 500 per animal

All passengers must comply with the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Thailand regarding public safety, health control, immigration, and customs.

Non-travelers are not permitted to enter restricted airport areas unless explicitly authorized by Airports of Thailand (AOT).

Airport Premium Service shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or expenses incurred by passengers or third parties, including but not limited to loss of income, property, profit, or contractual benefits arising from the provision of services. Airport Premium Service shall not be responsible for delays, missed flights, or other inconveniences caused by factors beyond its control, including traffic congestion, weather conditions, mechanical failures, or changes in regulations by the airport, airlines, or immigration authorities.

Personal butlers are assigned according to the daily duty schedule. The contact details of the assigned butlers will be provided after the assignment has been confirmed, no later than 20.00 hrs. (Thailand local time)

In the event that a passenger makes a service booking less than 24 hours in advance, the confirmation of the personal butler details will not be provided in accordance with the specified conditions by 20.00 hrs. (Thailand local time)

In the event that the service queue for the Airport Premium Service is fully booked and the service cannot be provided, the company reserves the right to cancel the passenger’s booking and will proceed with a refund in accordance with the specified refund timeframe.

For passengers who have reserved the buggy service and are traveling with Emirates (EK) or Qatar Airways (QR), please note that electric golf cart services are provided only within the Main Terminal.

Airport Premium Service

Terms and Conditions

Personal butler service is available only within designated areas at Suvarnabhumi Airport, and Don Mueang International Airport.
The personal butler and buggy service will meet passengers at the designated meeting point and assist with airport procedures at Suvarnabhumi Airport. The buggy service is available for international flights only. The service may require 5–20 minutes depending on terminal traffic conditions.
Note: Don Mueang International Airport does not provide buggy service.
The buggy service is available only at Suvarnabhumi Airport and exclusively for arriving flights. It is not available for international arriving flights at Gates D4, D6, or the Bus Gates due to their proximity to the immigration area and Refunds are processed within 30–45 business days.
Checked baggage is limited to 2 pieces per passenger, not exceeding 25 kilograms per piece. Carry-on baggage is limited to 1 piece per passenger (not exceeding 7 kilograms per piece). Any baggage exceeding these limits will incur an additional charge of THB 500 per piece (including VAT).
If there is an unexpected change of arrival gate between the Main Terminal and SAT-1 Terminal (S101–S128), the buggy service cannot be provided because advance arrangement is required. In such cases, refund processing will take 30–45 business days.

Reservation

The service must be reserved at least 24 hours in advance prior to the scheduled travel time for international or domestic flights at Suvarnabhumi Airport, and Don Mueang International Airport.
Reservations made within a shorter timeframe may incur additional charges or may be rejected.
A booking is considered complete only after full payment has been received. Airport Premium Service reserves the right to decline any booking that has not been fully paid, without prior notice.
If the passenger’s booking information is incorrect and no request for correction is submitted, the booking will not be eligible for a refund. Airport Premium Service reserves the right to disclaim responsibility for providing the service in such cases.
Special requests are subject to availability and airport regulations. Our staff will confirm such requests after receipt.

Amendment / No-Show

Booking details may be amended once before 24 hours prior to the scheduled flight time, subject to service availability.
If the passenger does not appear at the designated meeting time or location and cannot be contacted using the provided information, it will be considered a “No-Show,” and the service fee will be non-refundable.
In the event of an involuntary flight change or airline-caused delay, passengers must immediately notify Call Center at (+66) 02-029-7889 or via email at contactcenter@sawasdeebyaot.com. The rescheduling of the service is subject to the availability of service personnel.

Cancellation / Refund

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the flight time will incur a cancellation fee of 5% of the total service charge. For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the flight time, the company reserves the right to withhold any refund.
Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used during booking, and the destination account cannot be changed.

Scope of Services

Personal butler assigned to provide services will be dressed politely and appropriately, carrying a passenger welcome sign, and will wait at the designated meeting point.
For arriving passengers, the personal butler will meet at the aircraft exit gate with a sign displaying the passenger’s name.
For departing passengers, the personal butler will meet at the designated location within the airport premises.
If passengers require assistance, such as a wheelchair, the personal butler is responsible for providing appropriate support and coordination. However, passengers must book the wheelchair themselves.
For passengers traveling as a family or group, Airport Premium Service will assign personal butlers at the airport in accordance with the number of passengers to ensure adequate coverage. However, Airport Premium Service shall not be responsible for, and reserves the right to decline, services for passengers who have not provided prior notification to the company.
